Container Elevator

CLM Vibetech, Inc. container elevators are designed, engineered and fabricated to accommodate the controlled dumping of materials from various container types. Its unique design features an adjustable operation of elevating, pivoting and dumping vs. a fixed swing and dump action provided by traditional dumpers. The heavy-duty all-welded steel construction, which bolts directly to the floor, provides a reliable, safe and stable solution for lifting up to 1,200 lbs. at dump heights of 48” to 72”. Customized dump heights are available.


This hydraulic-free model is powered by an electric gear motor and occupies less floor space than traditional dumpers. It performs with less noise and eliminates concerns of hydraulic fluid contamination and maintenance. Driven by dual oversized hardened steel roller chains with built-in redundancy, this design meets customer needs in a variety of manufacturing and production environments and industries.

Operation of the container elevator is easy and secure, featuring an adjustable retaining bar, convenient rotary switch that can be locked out if necessary for maintenance, as well as a user-friendly push button control station near the gate. Built with safety fencing and light curtains, cage doors are eliminated, the risk of injury is reduced, and containers can be efficiently loaded and unloaded by a pallet jack or fork truck.

Safety light curtains protect personnel from harm and machinery from damage by utilizing an array of photoelectric beams to sense intrusion into a protected area and removing power from the equipment while loading and unloading. Offering edge-to-edge protection for complete monitoring, the light curtains eliminate the need for additional guarding.
