Helix Finisher

Helix finishers are ideal for small parts that benefit from continuous processes. Parts are loaded into an outer channel and then spiraled towards the machine’s innermost channel before being separated over a screen deck on their way out of the machine. With a wide assortment of configurations possible, from different channel widths to varying numbers of rotation combinations, VibeTech’s helix finishers can be customized to allow for different part sizes and process cycle times. Additionally, a dryer channel can be added to all helix finishers which allows for continuous drying after the finishing process has been completed.
