The process of relining a vibratory bowl or tub finisher refers to the removal of old or worn-out urethane linings from your current finishing machine, inspection and repair of structure, and replacement of the lining with a new polyurethane. At Vibetech, we offer full reline services that cover nearly every make and model of mass finishing equipment. With hundreds of molds at our disposal, we offer fast turnaround times to minimize your production down time. Included with our reline services, we offer replacement of gate assemblies, unload doors, drain assemblies, screen assemblies and equipment repainting. Vibetech has two polyurethane choices in inventory: our standard 80-durometer for general purpose applications or our 95-durometer hot pour urethane for more aggressive processes and better cut and tear resistance.
